Directions
Vegetable Casserole, I got this recipe from a co-worker about 10 years ago. I taken it to several dinners and everyone loves it. It’s very easy to make and requires very little prep time., Can this be made ahead, This was so simple! It tastes like there is so much work put in. I brought this to a potluck at work and everyone raved about it. I usually catch flack over being the only vegetarian but not this time! The only complaint I have is that the recipe in my opinion made a very small portion. I had to nearly triple it but it did turn out fantastic. The recipe, though delicious, is incredibly unhealthy so I won’t make it often. However, this dish is perfect for special occasions.
