Steak and Eggs Breakfast Casserole, This is a hearty breakfast casserole that can be made ahead It looks delicious and could be served for breakfast, brunch or dinner The recipe is from Paula Deen’s magazine The preparation time does not include the time for refrigerating overnight , This was the perfect Fathers’ Day breakfast idea! I made it the night before so all I had to do was get it in the oven in the a m Next time I’ll keep the mixture(s) in a bowl and toast the english muffins first in the a m and then add the steak and egg mixtures The soggy english muffins didn’t add much to the dish – would have been better if they were crispy we thought Also I took the advice of the previous poster and doubled the seasoning (maybe not quite double the salt but definitely add more than is called for) Thanks – this is a great Man Quiche :-), Lainey I made this for our Christmas morning pajama breakfast with family and friends It was delicious and enjoyed by all My only comment is that it needed more seasonings I will remember that when I most certainly make this again! Thank you for a great recipe!!!
