Hearty Steak and Egg Breakfast Bake

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was the perfect Fathers' Day breakfast idea! I made it the night before so all I had to do was get it in the oven in the a.m. Next time I'll keep the mixture(s) in a bowl and toast the english muffins first in the a.m. and then add the steak and egg mixtures. The soggy english muffins didn't add much to the dish - would have been better if they were crispy we thought. Also I took the advice of the previous poster and doubled the seasoning (maybe not quite double the salt but definitely add more than is called for). Thanks - this is a great "Man Quiche":-)
