Sweet Potato Black Bean Chili, Serve over rice and garnish with sour cream, chopped green onions or cilantro. From Century Home Magazine., I made this because my eldest son and I love sweet potatoes. It turned out okay and my 9 year old loved it. He asked to pack leftovers for lunch the next day. The rest of the family thought it was just okay. I followed the recipe except used ground beef instead of turkey. I will make this again and will adjust to add a second jalepeno and more of all the spices. I may also make sure I rinse the ground beef instead of just draining it., Ground beef instead of turkey.

Heat Olive Oil in a Large Saute Pan or Small Soup Pot on Medium High Heat. |
