Directions
Turkey Noodle Soup,With Thanksgiving close at hand (early October in Canada and late November in the United States) this simple recipe helps utilize the inevitable turkey leftovers. Enjoy!,Just to let you know this is a keeper for turkey soup, I first reviewed this recipe in 2006. I am still using it in 2020!!! The beauty of this soup I found is, you can use whatever veggies you like. I am making this in a couple days and this time, I am adding mushrooms, 2 cubed potatoes, more celery. and only 2 cups noodles. Not using beans or peas I love the roux part of this as it gives it a little added boost. Try it. Very good.,I made this two ways. The first time I made it following the directions to a t. DH gave it four stars. The second time I made it while a gluten intolerant family was eating with us. I added rice instead of noodles and left the butter/flour mixture out. They gave it three stars.
