Vegetarian Irish Stew,From Bryanna Grogan. As she states it is her own invention of a gypsy stew [good brown stew],I love love love this stew! It tasted like a bougie Dinty Moore. Used vegemite as I couldnt find marmite. Doubled the dried herbs. Used Gardein Beefless tips. Added 8 ounces Guinness.,I love love love this stew! It tasted like a bougie Dinty Moore.
