In theory, its a good recipe, I made it pretty much as presented with the exception of adding more garlic and more cumin. I found it was so bland. I tweaked the recipe by adding a package of taco seasoning. Served it over some tortilla strips & topped with pepper jack cheese. Then it was really tasty!

Zucchini and Ground Beef Casserole, I love to cook fresh zucchini and adding these six good ingredients makes a delicious and easy dinner casserole to please the entire family. Enjoy., In theory, its a good recipe, I made it pretty much as presented with the exception of adding more garlic and more cumin. I found it was so bland. It tasted amazing! I did serve a second day over penne pasta with garlic bread on the side…my husband loved it!!

Brown Ground Beef With Chopped Onions, Chopped Garlic, Salt and Pepper.

Cook Over Medium Heat For About 10 Minutes or Until Meat Is Well Cooked.

Add Jarred Salsa and Cumin. Cover and Simmer in Low Heat For Another 10 Minutes Until Flavors Blend.

Add the Zucchini Chunks. Cover and Cook For About 10 More Minutes Until Zucchini Is Cooked, but not Too Soft.
