Heather’s Fruit Pizza Quick and Simple, I make this pizza for family reunions, and everyone loves it. I never bring home any left overs. My friend got me hooked on making these wonderful fresh fruit ideas and this one was the best., I found this recipe years ago and have been making it ever since and finally remembered to take the time to review and say thank you! It is great for any potlock and even though it is easy, it can look impressive if you do a nice design. 4th of July isn’t complete without a flag fruit pizza at our annual BBQ . I have learned over the years that 1/2 of the frosting mixture is more than enough and that the dough needs at least 2 more minutes in the oven – sometimes 4. Otherwise, this recipe is perfection. Thanks Heather!, Excellent recipe! So easy and satisfying. used fresh strawberries and frozen blueberries plus blackberries for the fruit topping. Scattered sliced almonds and sifted some powdered sugar as a finishing touch. It looks bomb! I am saving this recipe for holidays!
