    My husband and I just got back from a trip down to the Florida Keys where we had this appetizer along the way. These are so simple and easy to do and wow are they good. I typically love thick cut bacon, but for this, I purposefully bought thin, center-cut bacon and I think it worked out nicely.

    Cut the Bacon in Half. Take an Oyster and Wrap the Bacon Around It and Secure It With a Toothpick. Repeat With Remaining Ingredients.

    Heat Your Oil to 350 Degrees or Use a Fry-Daddy and Working in Batches, Deep Fry the Oysters Until the Bacon Looks Done. This Should Take About 1-2 Minutes. Drain on Paper Towels and Serve With Condiment of Your Choice. Cocktail Sauce, Dijon Mustard (my Fav), or Hot Sauce.
