Heavenly Potatoes and Ham,This family favourite is very filling and delicious,This is a family favorite. use russet potatoes, and I don’t do the bread crumbs and melted butter on top. I always have a ham steak on hand, so is easy to whip up.,This was pretty good. Nice, easy way to use leftover ham. I got it down to 8 WW PPVs/serving with the following changes:6 servings instead of 4 (which was PLENTY), L/F Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, no bread crumb/melted butter topping.
