From a Heloise column, if you love beets you’ll probably love this recipe., Note 3-16oz cans or 6 cups of cooked beets, This is a good recipe, but it is incorrect. Heloise just reprinted her recipe in the local newspaper. The beet measurement is 3 cans or 3 cups, not 1 can.
