    Awesome recipe and so, so easy! I made this a couple of nights ago and the whole family loved it. used swai, since it was on sale. It worked very well. Next time I will try olive oil instead of butter or maybe add just a touch of butter to the olive oil to make it a bit healthier. Otherwise, perfect! Thanks for this wonderful, keeper recipe. PS- Did this recipe again last night at husbands request, but with a switch....omitted dill and salt and added a heaping teaspoon of low sodium taco seasoning mix, using swai again to make fish tacos. Best fish tacos we have ever made to date!
