    Herbed Cornish Hen,Taste a little like a deli rotisserie chicken,I have been using this recipe for years. It is very tasty and very easy.,I did not have adobo, but did use the rest of the ingredients exactly – it still turned out great! I did thaw the hen a day before cooking, then skinned and cut it in half before seasoning. It only took about 50 to 55 minutes to cook. Thanks for posting this recipe – I’m sure I’ll be making it again.
