Directions
Herbed Goat Cheese Spread, Goat cheese spread for a party appetizer. From the America’s Test Kitchen Cookbook., I changed a few things. I didn’t have fresh thyme, so used 1 tsp. each of fresh rosemary and fresh oregano. used 20 oz. of goat cheese and used 1 Tbl. of Sherry vinegar in place of one of the Tbls. of milk. I took it as an appetizer for Thanksgiving & everyone loved it., Super yummy and easy…I substituted unsweetened almond milk as I can’t do cow dairy…tastes fabulous!!
