4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained
1 (6 ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon zest (zest of 1 small lemon)
3 teaspoons freshly squeezed strained lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave (from about 8 sprigs)
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaf
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt or 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, to taste
4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

    I added liquid smoke, that took it to phenomenal for me. I subbed dried herb (probably a bit extra), (I ground with my pestel to bring out flavor),pwdered garlic and refried beans. light on the oil.
