    High Fiber Bran Bread, This recipe come from a leader at weight watchers who also uses a bread machine One slice is 2 points Makes a 2 pound loaf , Has anyone tried to reduce the honey/molasses in this recipe? I need to get the sugar content below 5g!, This was delicious However I didn’t use bread flour and it was a small, extreme heavy loaf of bread Also, I didn’t have powdered milk so used 1-1/2 c skim milk instead of water and powdered milk I am definitely going to make this again BUT will go the extra mile and buy some bread flour or add a little gluten Thanks for the wonderful recipe UPDATE: After three more loaves with the same results, I finally made this by hand and added 2 Tbs gluten and it turned out perfect! There must be a problem with my bread maker This was such a tasty bread, I just couldn’t give up on it
