Hispaniola Coffee Chili

I first made this chili for a coffee themed dinner party where it garnered rave reviews! In making it again for the umpteenth time, I realize I had not yet rated it. Silly me! Worth every bit of 5 stars and more! Made as written with buffalo meat instead of beef oh, OK, so I did put in a bit more garlic. It is now my go-to chili. Thanks, Annacia, for posting!
