Directions
Hmong Egg Rolls, These egg rolls are very yummy I got the recipe from a very good friend who is Hmong But it’s hard for me to write the recipe down because a lot of the Hmong folk have it in their head Unfortunately so do I : ), Do you put everything raw into egg roll wrappers and fry? Can you cook pork first and drain?, Does anyone cook down the Cole slaw at all? When trying to reheat after freezing them they just got super soggy and fell apart in the oil I wasnt sure if there was a better way to freeze them or if it was the moisture content that made them soggy
