Hohoho Dip

Features:
    Cuisine:

While trying to decide on a dish to bring to a Christmas potluck, I concluded that I wanted to do something that focused on the main colors of Christmas: red, white, and green. Usually, I try to bring something savory to potlucks- as most fall back on sweet items. Not having a surplus of time, I chose to create a cheese dip that I could easily throw in the crockpot as I have commonly don in the past. After aimlessly wondering around the store, I created this recipe. It pleases coworkers and carolers alike. Happy Holidays!

    Steps

    1
    Done

Heat a Saute Pan and Add the Butter, Making Sure to Evenly Coat the Pan. Test the Butter With One Piece of the Pepper and Wait to Hear a Sizzle. Once You Hear This, Add the Rest of the Peppers and Stir on Medium Heat Until the Peppers Begin to Give Off an Aroma and Are Very Slightly Browned.

    2
    Done

Cut Velveeta Blocks Into 1in by 1in by 1in Cubes and Place in Crockpot. Begin to Heat This on Your Highest Setting, Making Sure to Stir Any Bubbling Cheese on the Sides (these Can Be Hard to Clean If not Cared For).

    3
    Done

Add the Tomatos, Peppers, and Garlic Powder to the Cheese, Making Sure That Is Evenly Distributed. *each Bite Should Have Some Tomato and Some Bell Peppers.

    4
    Done

Once the Cheese Is Fully Melted Serve With Crackers, Tortilla Chips, or Those Vegetables You Can't Get Your Children to Eat.
