Hoisin Glazed Cornish Hen

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made this dish twice. I added in fresh chopped lemongrass the first time and I thought the scallion was not necessary. So when I made it the second time, I reserved the scallion for decorate the hens before serving. I served it with grilled pineapple and steamed rice. It's a wonderful dish. My fiancee keeps asking me to make this dish every week. Thank you for such a great and easy recipe!

Hoisin-Glazed Cornish Hen, Asian influenced flavor. Another recipe from Big Daddy’s House on the Food Network. Everything he makes looks SO delicious! I can’t wait to try this! On the show, he only prepared one Cornish hen, so adjust your times accordingly for multiple hens. Cooking time includes deep-frying and baking time., I made this dish twice.
