Holiday Gingerbread Muffins,A wonderful treat to make for the holidays. If you make Gingerbread or fruitcake (heh) you really should try something different like these, You just might love them! 8),Wow! I had been craving something “gingerbread-y” for a few weeks but didn’t want to take the time to roll out cookies. I spotted this easy to throw together muffin recipe and just finished taking them out of the oven. Verdict = fantastic and oh so good! I, too, was able to get ten medium sized muffins from this recipe and really enjoyed the crunchy tops after sprinkling them with sparkling sugar. Will most definitely make these again.,This is a winner in my house! Just be careful not to over bake.. they dry out fast! Can’t count how many batches I’ve already made! Thanks!
