    Excellent fresh salsa! There's nothing fancy about it, no exotic ingredients, but the texture and flavor are superior. This one does not create watery liquid at the bottom of the bowl at all, like other fresh salsas I have tried, but is nice and thick. Also pasting the garlic really brings out it's full flavor.
    used ripe medium tomatoes, tomato paste for the tomato sauce and added 2 tbs lime juice and 2 tbs jalapeno juice from the jar. Superb!
