    Homemade Bulk Italian Sausage, Chicago Style, After having lived in Chicago for over 25 years, I crave Italian sausage and of course it is not available in Denmark, so I have adapted this recipe from one I found on grouprecipes com This is excellent to use on deep dish Chicago style pizzas and it also freezes well , Is the thyme powder or leaves, I ground fresh pork and other than using 1/2 Of the sage, followed recipe exactly and it was AWESOME! Thank you

    Blend Together All of the Ingredients With the Exception of the Ground Pork Until They Are Thoroughly and Uniformly Mixed.
