Homemade Chicken Balls From Scratch

Features:
    Cuisine:

Great recipe! Chicken balls are perfect, I swapped out for whole wheat flour because it has more fibre. Everyone who wasnt successful, try turning your fryer up to 350-356F. If youre using a pan make sure you have a thermometer to know your actual temperature. Also follow the Instructions....dice your chicken, dont throw half a breast with batter in and expect it to be cooked!

Homemade Chicken Balls from Scratch,This is a lovely recipe for chinese style chicken balls. Serve with warm sweet and sour sauce and you could have ordered from a chinese food restaurant. You can use this batter for shrimp or battered won ton. Place over a bed of rice. Enjoy!,Great recipe! Chicken balls are perfect, I swapped out for whole wheat flour because it has more fibre. Everyone who wasnt successful, try turning your fryer up to 350-356F. If youre using a pan make sure you have a thermometer to know your actual temperature. Also follow the Instructions….dice your chicken, dont throw half a breast with batter in and expect it to be cooked!,Made these last night. Followed recipe almost exactly. The chicken balls came out crunchy and tasty, will make again. My only ‘complaint’, is that they didn’t puff up as much as I expected, but that is probably because I fried them in just over an inch of oil I didn’t use a deep fryer.
