Sourdough Cinnamon Swirl Bread,My favorite sourdough bread. I make this 2 or 3 times a month.,Have made this a few times and never had a problem with finished loaf rising. Love to mix a few craisins (dried cranberries) and chopped pecans in the swirl. Then use finished bread to slice, dry out a little and use for French toast! Thanks for the recipe!,I do not have instant mashed potatoes. Is there something else I can use to replace them such as homemade mashed potatoes or apple sauce? Would it hurt if I skipped it all together?
