Sour Cream Bread,This is an absolutely fabulous recipe. My whole family loves it. Try it toasted with butter and jam. YUMMY!,Using the the recommended setting – Rapid – the bread came out as a dense, dough ball. I did add the extra 2 Tablespoons of water and I think that is necessary but The bread did not have enough time to rise using RAPID (1 hour 10 minutes). I might try this bread again but I will not use the RAPID setting.,This is the best bread I’ve made in my bread maker! It’s delicious and moist. The first time I made it, I followed the directions exactly, except that I added the 2 extra tbsp’s of water as others suggested. It turned out perfect. The second time I made it, I substituted a 400ml can of coconut milk instead of sour cream. It turned out amazing. This recipe is a keeper and one that I will make often.
