    Homemade Devonshire Cream, I found this recipe years ago in a newspaper It’s a great substitute for the real thing In fact, I prefer it, because it’s sweeter This is great with scones and a little jam or preserves on top Perfect for afternoon teas or brunches , I thought this went well with my lemon blueberry scones!
