Homemade Garlic Butter

Features:
    Cuisine:

We normally have some variation of bread with pasta, to mop up the sauces, and today's variation had this delicious garlic butter added. I've often made garlic butter, but not added the brandy or lemon juice. It was well worth it though! It has fantastic flavour and well, you just can't go wrong with garlic bread!
