    Homemade Hummus, Nothing better than fresh hummus with warm pita , Wonderful recipe! I love the tang of the lemon juice and the zip of the cayenne Wonderful snack and healthy too!, This is a wonderful hummus recipe and takes to some additions without any problems I added a bit more olive oil, 1 tsp Chalupa hot sauce, a bit more salt and generous grinding of black pepper and 1/2 tsp cumin to the basic recipe Drizzled some more olive oil on surface before serving Delicious eating!
