Homemade Lemon Curd, Try this on scones or toast I’m guessing at the prep and cooking times , Haha, I had an open jar of storebought lemon curd in the fridge, and after tasting this in comparison to that one, I tossed the remainder of the storebought jar because it tasted artificial to me! This did take a long time to thicken up, but I think it’s because I had turned the heat down too much Once I increased the heat a bit, it thickened up pretty quickly used most of this in Recipe#450649 by gailanng (which it was lovely in, I might add) So fresh-tasting, and pretty simple to make, too Thanks for posting!
