Homemade Poultry Seasoning,“”,This is a nice combo – a hair too much nutmeg, for my taste, so will probably cut it in half next go..,I don’t like nutmeg in my savories, so I leave it out. Also, detest the flavor of rosemary (too much like an evergreen); I didn’t have any marjoram, hence why I’m not rating. With what I DID use, it was very spot on for what I was looking for. I used it on my baked turkey wings and in the homemade stuffing I made with the wings. Yummy. Thanks for sharing and saving me from buying it premade which would take eternity to use up!
