    Homemade Rice a Roni, This is a big hit at my house and pretty cheap to make too!, I have made this recipe so many times Ive lost count! Its perfect I do use different broths and add my own spices like garlic parsley, salt pepper and Adobo is a favorite! Always comes out great!, Decent basic recipe used orzo instead of broken spaghetti Like others have said, toast both the pasta and rice After they are half toasted I added garlic, onion, celery, and carrot Sauteed until partially cooked I also used better than bullion and water, and added parsley and a little oregano after the water It was really good! And a lot healthier with a good helping of added veggies

    In Medium Skillet Saute' Broken Spaghetti Pieces in Butter, Stirring Constantly, Until the Spaghetti Begins to Brown.

    Add Rice, Stirring Until the Rice Is Well Coated With the Butter and the Spaghetti Browns a Little More Carefully Pour in Broth.
