Turkey Gravy,I cooked my first turkey last night, wanting to get rid of the huge frozen turkey taking up space in our freezer. This recipe came out of one of my Better Homes & Gardens cookbook, and came out wonderful. I expected it to be much harder, since I have never made gravy or a turkey before.,Just made this to go with Thanksgiving dinner and it was delicious! I toasted the fat with the flour for a couple minutes as suggested by CoffeeMom, and it turned out great. I saved and Pinned this recipe for future holiday meals as my go-to!,My 11 Christmas guests LOVED it. First attempt at gravy, and it was awesome. It saved the turkey, which was just a bit bland. It can’t get any easier than this recipe. 🙂
