Homemade Tahini, This is a recipe for homemade tahini from The Frugal Gourmet Cooks Three Ancient Cuisines NOTE: Since I have not made this, I could not tell you what the amount it yields is The recipe says 4 servings, but I don’t know what that is based on , I could not locate jarred tahini in my grocery store, so I found this recipe and it is great I made hummus using this tahini and it turned out delicious Thanks for a great recipe that saves me money and works perfectly!, so much better than store bought tahini! i made hummus with mine and it was the best hummus ever, nuttier than usual because of this tahini thank you so much for this recipe now i don’t have a nasty, oily can of tahini in my cabinet 😉
