    on a Floured Surface, Knead the Dough Until Elastic. Then Cut It Into Two Separate Balls and Cover Them With a Damp Cloth For 10 Minutes.

    Cut Each Ball Into 4 Equal Pieces. Roll the Pieces Into Squares and Store Them in the Freezer in a Tupperware and Use Them Whenever Needed.
