2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 - 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices lean bacon
