Honey Barbecue Chicken Wings,This is my own recipe. I love the way they get so gooey and sticky…goes really well with some homemade mac and cheese, some bbq baked beans, and a biscuit…..mmmmm….yum!,how long should I cook chicken thighs and legs for this recipe?,Very tasty. I thought the flavor was too strong when I was simmering it, but it was perfect when coated on the wings and cooled down a little. I wanted to mention that some other reviews suggest dropping the honey down to 1/3 of a cup, and I don’t really like sweet things so I did that, but I couldn’t taste any sweetness at all so I added more honey near the end. I think 1/2 cup is probably perfect, but maybe starting with 1/3 cup and adding more to taste would be a good move. I was using Bullseye Original bbq sauce, and local (real) honey.
