Spicy Honey and Garlic Quail, Spicy quail marinated in an Indonesian marinade with a hint of sweetness from the honey , This was really good! I am not a huge fan of quail, but the sweet/spicy contrast of this marinade really worked with the quail I did not have the sambal oelek, so used a chili garlic sauce (the one with the rooster on the jar) and added some lime and fresh ginger and it turned out great Thanks for sharing! 🙂
