Honey-Garlic Grilled Chicken, I saw the word garlic that is all it takes for me to try a recipe!, Added extra garlic, of course, and used some parsley instead of cilantro. Pounded the chicken a bit and they marinated for about an hour. Turned out really delicious from the grill. I think the leftovers will be versatile for salads or orange chicken., Both of us enjoyed this recipe, even though the better half usually doesn’t care for honey. I scaled back to 2 breasts, since it was the first time trying it. I did leave it marinate in a zipper bag for an hour, flipping it over after 1/2 hr. I think you could marinate a little longer but I understand that the lime juice will “cook” the chicken and change the consistency if left to long. I also zested the lime before I squeezed it for additional flavor since I often use lime in marinades.
