1/2 cup vinegar

1 teaspoon yellow mustard or 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Honey-Glazed Bacon and Spinach Salad Recipe

    This was good. My only criticism is regarding the dressing. If the dressing is made with the listed ingredients it makes more than a cup. That's a whole lot of dressing even for 8 cups of spinach. I halved the whole recipe to make four servings and made only 1/4 the amount of dressing and still thought it was way too much. Guess there are folks who like their salad swimming in dressing.
