Honey Glazed Chicken,When I have company I often make this recipe because, although it takes a while to cook, it’s relatively easy to throw together and has a different taste from ordinary chicken.,This was good with boneless breasts, but it required some slight modifications. After dredging them in the flour mixture, I browned them in butter in a hot skillet. Then I placed them in a baking dish and added the sauce and baked at 375 for about 25 minutes, basting occasionally . The higher temperature allowed the sauce to caramelize slightly. The chicken turned out tender and yummy. The only change I would make next time would be to decrease the amount of lemon juice and curry slightly. Otherwise, very nice dish.,This recipe was perfect! Did not have to change a thing other than added extra honey for more sweetness (but my family loves super sweet flavors so you really don’t even need to add extra). Skin was nice and crispy and the meat was really juicy. My family raved over this chicken!!!
