Honey Roasted Pork Loin,very yummy! we really enjoyed this.,Do you roast covered or uncovered?,This came out tender, delicious, and had a nice sweetness to it. I doubled the marinade and added minced garlic; let the pork sit in it for almost 3 hours. After roasting I made a roux with butter and flour and added the juices to it which really helped thicken to a gravy. Definitely making this again!
