1 cup whole walnuts
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (the recipe calls for helman's but it's hard to find so best foods mayonnaise can be used in its plac)
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons sweet condensed milk
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 lb raw shrimp, cleaned deveined & peeled
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water

    Melt Butter in Sauce Pan on High Heat, Add Walnuts and Sugar Then Lower Heat to Medium For 1-2 Minutes Then Remove from Heat.

    Combine All Ingredients For Sauce and Mix Until Smooth Put a Side.

    Heat: 2-3 Cups of Oil on High Heat.

    Mix Flour, Sugar, Salt and Water in a Bowl Until Smooth. Rinse Raw Shrimp and Add to Mix One by One Dropping Shrimp Into the Hot Oil For 2 Minutes Be Careful not to Overcrowd the Pot. Once the Shrimp Turns Light Brown Place the Cooked Shrimp on a Dish Layered With Paper Towel to Absorb the Oil. Once All Shrimp Is Cooked Put in a Dish and Mix With Your Cooked Walnuts and Spread the Sauce Over the Shrimp and Gently Mix.
