1/2 cup chili sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

    Should have said "Thank you" long before this! One of my favorite dishes to take to any gathering. I learned the hard way to leave some at home because my sons like these in a meatball sub! We add a lot of extra horseradish and some extra hot sauce. Thanks for sharing!

I had it as a clipping from one of my TOH magazines and lost it We’ve made these meatballs since we discovered a large horseradish patch growing in the garden of the house we bought recently I was so disappointed that we wouldn’t be able to make them this year but I found your posting! The whole family love the extra bite that the horseradish adds to the meatballs and to the sauce and we would have been lost without it! Thanks so much for posting!!

    In a Large Bowl Combine the Meatball Mixture, Mix Well.

    Shape Into 1 1/2 Inch Balls.

    Place in a Greased 15 X 10 Baking Pan, Bake Uncovered at 350 For 35-40 Minutes or Until No Longer Pink.

    Meanwhile in a Large Saucepan Combine Sauce Ingredients.

    Bring to a Boil, Stirring Often.

    Reduce Heat; Simmer Uncovered For 10 Minutes.

    Add Meatballs, Stir Gently to Coat.
