    Chop Broccoli, Onion and Red Pepper; Place in Bowl.

    Finely Grate Parmesan Cheese. Measure 4 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan and Add to Vegetable Mixture (reserve Remaining Parmesan For Topping). Place Garlic Into Bowl. Add Remaining Ingredients; Mix Well.
