Hot Fudge Sauce–Out of This World!, This came from my niece years ago and is the very best sauce I have had. It is thick and chocolaty if that’s a word. It is easy to make and you don’t have to worry too much about any lumps because you put it through a sieve when done. It is so creamy. Put some in a pretty jar and give as a gift with an handmade tag., This is a wonderful recipe. The thickness was perfect. I didn’t have to strain out any flour lumps, though I sifted my flour beforehand. I added 1/2 tsp. salt to enhance the chocolate flavor. Thank you for a lovely recipe., In the last year I’ve used this one 8 or more times. It always comes out perfect for us and I always have the ingredients ready to go. Next time we are going to use the special dark cocoa powder :

In a 2 Quart Saucepan Mix the Sugar, Flour, Cocoa Together. |
