    This recipe was just fabulous! I didn't have all the exact ingredients, but it still came out fabulous. I added one egg to it, since that is what I'm used to in fried rice. It would be great for either a side dish or a main dish. Next time I might try it with some pork, beef, chicken or tofu! Very easy to make. Thank you!

    Boil 4 Cups of Water.

    Add Rice to It.

    Add Salt to Taste.

    Add Cold Water and Drain Once More.

    Now Heat Oil in a Wok.

    Add Garlic Paste, Chopped Garlic and Red Chillies.

    Fry For 3-4 Minutes.
