Hot Milk Cake,An old fashioned cake, that’s been around for years. So easy and so good.,Can this cake be frozen?,I love this cake, i make it once a week. My husband, kids, and friends all love it. I made some changes to suit my taste. The first thing, i add lemon juice to egg and sugar to avoid egginess. Second, i only do 1 cup and half of sugar. And last, i add chocolate chips after i put the batter in the baking pan. Just on top so it doesn’t sink to the bottom of the cake.
