Hot Onion Souffle Dip

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was so easy that I was able to throw it together after a last minute invite to a neighbors for dinner. The taste was mild and fresh and went well with the sesame crackers I served it with. used a sweet Walla Walla onion and greek yogurt instead of mayonaise and some rosemary and oreganos in the mix and finally sprinkled cayenne pepper on top for a little bite. Think I could have used a little more time in the oven to blend all the flavors more. So simple, light and fresh - I'll be keeping this one around. Thanks so much for posting.
