    Melt Butter in Saucepan, Add Celery, Onions & Pepper. Cook Until Tender.

    Add Flour 7 Cook For 2 Mins, Stirring, Blend in Tomatoes & Seasonings, Simmer For 5 Minutes.

    Stir in Cheese and Water & Wine Until Combined.

    Serve.
