Hotsy Totsy Pork’n Peppers, Have it Hot or Not (it’s best hot) Quick and easy. This is a Chinese/ Very Canadian dish, For a Monday evening I always look for something to cook that is quick and easy. Found this recipe and liked the look of it.Liked it even more after cooking and eating it.The honey and orange are there in the background and temper the heat of the peppers, at first I thought the amount of hot peppers might be too much but it wasn’t, the flavor’s were wonderful.I did add some fresh garlic. Combine Pork & 1 Tbsp Soy, Stir Well & Set Aside. |

Combine the Remaining Soy, Juice, Vinegar, Honey & Cornstartch. Stir Well. |

Spray a Skillet and Over High Heat Stir Fry the Pork Until Browned (1 1/2 Minutes). |

Remove Pork from Skillet. |

Stir Fry the Peppers For 2 Minutes. |

Return Pork to Skillet & Add Juice Mixture. |
